Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of rollingstraddle.com and any related services, applications, dashboards, APIs, Telegram bots and content (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by the team behind rollingstraddle.com, contactable via support@rollingstraddle.com or Telegram.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use the Service.
3. Account & security
- You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
- Keep your login credentials confidential. We recommend using a unique password and enabling 2FA when available.
- Notify us immediately at support@rollingstraddle.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape or copy substantial portions of the Service.
- Use the Service to violate any law, including SEBI regulations or brokerage Terms.
- Resell, sub-license, or redistribute our data feeds.
- Attempt to interfere with the integrity, security or performance of the Service.
5. Market data & intellectual property
Underlying market data is sourced from licensed exchanges and brokerages. All software, dashboards, and aggregated analytics on the Service are the property of rollingstraddle.com and its licensors. The Service is licensed, not sold, to you on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis.
6. Verified PnL leaderboard
Inclusion on the leaderboard is voluntary and requires submission of broker statements that we cross-check before publishing. We may remove a profile at any time at our discretion. Verified PnL is a snapshot of the data we have at the time of verification and is not a recommendation to follow any individual trader. See our Risk Disclaimer.
7. Subscriptions & payment
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account.
- All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Real-time data is best-effort and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions or data errors.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or trading losses.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, will.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
