We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
2. Market risk
Options, futures and other derivatives are leveraged products. Losses can exceed your initial margin deposit. Past performance — including any “Verified PnL” on our leaderboard — is not indicative of future returns. The volatility shown on our dashboards represents past market behaviour and may differ materially from future volatility.
3. Data accuracy & latency
- Live data is pulled from third-party broker WebSockets and may be delayed, gapped, or temporarily inaccurate.
- Historical data may be revised retroactively when the upstream source revises it.
- Calculated values (synthetic future, ATM strike, IV, Greeks) are based on assumptions that may not hold in stressed markets.
We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data on the Service.
4. Verified PnL leaderboard
“Verified” means we have cross-checked broker statements at the time of submission. It does not mean:
- The trader is licensed or regulated.
- Their methodology is suitable for you.
- Returns are repeatable.
Following any individual trader’s strategy is at your own risk.
5. Algorithmic strategies
Where we publish backtested results for any strategy, those results reflect hypothetical performance on historical data. Real-world execution involves slippage, fills, taxes, brokerage and emotional factors that backtests do not capture. Backtested edges can break in live markets without warning.
6. Broker integration
Some Service features may interact with your brokerage account via official APIs. Use these features only if you understand the risks of automated / semi-automated order placement. We are not liable for any orders placed — whether by you, by a third party using your credentials, or by an automated process — through your account.
7. Regulatory standing
We are not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, or Distributor of mutual funds. We do not manage client money.
8. No guarantee of profit
Trading is hard. The data and tools on this site can help you analyse the market; they cannot guarantee profitable trades. Trade only with capital you can afford to lose.
